Due to it becoming an unkinder and non-gentle world, we are no longer able to allow user account creation without administrator approval. As soon as we are notified of your interest, we'll review your account request and initial posts and approve your participation. SPAMMING, obviously is not allowed and is grounds for non-approval of new accounts and the blockage of existing accounts of those who cannot control themselves. Sorry for the damper this puts on things.
