Guild's Annual Congress

Hi....Mid June into anytime in July is best for Mike and I. We are farmers and even though spring planting is over in late May, we cultivate and spray our crops and usually are not done atleast till end of June (if the weather cooperates). One of us will try to make it if it is during the spring planting season.

Look forward to our 2nd annual congress!!!

Melanie

It's all a matter of timing... :-)

Hey folks,

One of the lessons we learned in doing the First Continental Congress is that having our annual meeting in late August pushes us right up against the Holiday Crunch time when chandlers are especially busy. This means that there was limited follow-through time for collaborating after the Congress and before we all got focused on making and selling candles.

So we don't want to make this mistake again in 2004. We're planning to schedule our annual congresses in the late Spring to early Summer timeframe. What works best for you? If none of the timeslots are good, vote 'Other' and add a comment here with your thoughts about when would be a good time to schedule our annual meeting.

Thanks for your input,
--Sohodojo Jim--
