CP and Color

Hi,

I made a batch of CP and did not use my usual Olive Oil. As a result the batch has a green tint to it.

Is there anyway to color it without rebatching?

TIA.

Just curious, what is CP? I would love to know what you're doing. I'm in my 1st season of candle making and have a great thirst to know all I can about this industry.

Happy Holidays,
Robin

CP

Hello,

CP is Cold Processed soap making.

I use my recipes but then use a heat process so I can use the bars much faster than the traditional 6 weeks waiting time.

CP uses lye, I do not know what M & P uses.

I have read different opinions on both and opted with CP.

I prefer to make CP because I know exactly what goes into my bars.

I love making my soap this way.

Others swear by M & P (Melt & Pour).

To the best of my knowledge, and someone please correct me since I have never made any, M & Ps are made by melting down a base and adding what ever you prefer. I prefer to stick to what I know works for me.
