Votive Point of Sale boxes with plastic tray inserts

Sara and I own Ewe-R-Wooly Sheepkeepers, LLC soy classic candle company located in Glenville, Minnesota and are Village Chandlers effective 09/02.

We have over 18 months experience with Phytowax products and have recently expanded our business helping our fellow chandlers with specific products to enhance soyawax sales.

Two of our recent product developments have been point of sales votive boxes that are designed for display and shipping. These kraft colored boxes are non-descript, allowing your business logo labeling to enhance your sales. Each box accomodates 18 votives, housing two clear plastic HDPE trays each holding 9 votives securely. This system allows your hard work to be displayed and transported and shipped without damaging your product.

Our next product is our Tea Light boxes, each holds 12 plastic or tin tea lights, are kraft colored and are non descript allowing for your business logo. Each box has two candle stick silhouettes cut out of the top panel of the box allowing your customers to not only see the color of the tealights, but also smell the fragrance, all without having to open the box. These boxes make excellent shipping containers and were designed to and have been shipped succesfully all over the world.

Votive display boxes and CD Soy wicks

To my Chandler Friends:
I have contacted Scott @ Ewerwooly and have tried the CDSoy series of wicks. Low and behold - they burn perfectly without going to a size 22 to get the wax to burn. Scott sent me CDS-3 wick for tea lites and CDS-5 wicks for my votives. I thought he was crazy suggesting a CDS-5 for a votive but Scott assured me they would work. I was currently using a regular CD-10 for my votives.

I then went to his votive display boxes (and tea lite boxes that hold 12).
What a difference! These boxes and plastic trays are a Chandlers dream! I hand deliver many orders to different stores in the area and if any shifting goes on during transport (i.e. slamming on the breaks for a deer) nothing is disturbed and my products are safe. No more slightly chipped around the edges votives for me or my customers.

If any of you are still setting wicks the old fashioned way, hand inserting into hot wax, do yourself a favor and save yourself time and wasted wax. Get into the wick pins! It was well worth the $ in time saving alone.

I want to thank Scott and Sara for all the help, tips, and ideas. Your products are top of the line in the industry. Scott will spend time with you on your production problems and come up with a solution for you. I highly recommend any of their products (they carry everything the candlemaker needs).
