I have closed fitments available for 3" diameter lids. I bought them for my Anchor Hocking 11 oz, 16 oz and 26 oz Country Kitchen Collection jars so I can put fun stuff up in the lids to add interest (peppermint candies, potpourri, cinnamon sticks, silk flowers, soybeans, etc.). My lids fit a 3" diameter opening. The glass lids they fit (before fitment is applied) measure 1 1/4" diameter on the inside and 1 3/4" diameter on the outside where the fitment goes. I believe these would fit most of these standard sized lids. They also have a little hole to let whatever you put in the lids 'breathe'.
As you may know, Anchor Hocking Country Kitchen Collection lids only come with closed fitments on 5 oz jars. I couldn't get the closed fitments from my distributor, but was able to get them directly from Anchor Hocking.
