The Guild will have processes and services far beyond a traditional trade association. The Guild will become a global microenterprise and small business network. During our first formative year, the Table of Twelve will invest extensive research time to determine the best legal structure for the Guild to operate through.
1. We are creating systems for decentralized production of high quality soy wax candle products.
2. We are creating new channels of chandler to chandler communication.
3. We are building our own process of internal governance.
4. We are building own own processes for internal conflict resolution.
5. We will eventually build our own systems of finance such as a member owned Guild Credit Union. This will provide a creative source of expansion and equipment capital for all Chandlers.
6. We can create cooperative access to candle making supplies, lower cost insurance and credit card processing systems.
7. Establish a major nationwide Village Chandler marketing campaign:
a. create a shared expense system for Chandlers to
exhibit in one high profile exhibit space at key
national trade shows in Atlanta, New York, San
Francisco, Chigago and Dallas.
b. establish Village Chandler as a nationally known
brand name that is synoymous with quality soy wax
candles that are crafted with care.
In short, this Guild will create a new way of doing business. As a result, this Guild will transform the Global candle industry.
