New Labeling requirement by the CSPC.

Effective October 15th, all candles using zinc cored wicks must have a specific label on shipping boxes when going to your retail customers.

The label must state the following:
"Conforms to 16 CFR 1500.17 (a) (13)"

On pallets you only need one label, not on each separate box.

If you would like additional information please contact The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) at www.cpsc.gov.

I found some soybeans (a small bag) at a health food store for some samples to a client. I need a source to buy it by the bushel. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
