Table of Twelve

Hello everyone,
I would like to thank everyone for their vote in the Table of Twelve election process. I am very proud to be a part of this group and will work hard for all of you.
Hopefully we can quickly move beyond the negative experiences that many have had in the past year, and build on the positives everyone has had to have to reach the point you are at now. Negative experieces are not always a bad thing, as we usually grow stronger because of them, but it is the positives which allow the creativity in all of us to flourish.
Criticism is always needed, just remember, criticism offered with out a solution is focusing on the negative and becomes nothing more than a complaint waiting for someone else to fix it.
I would like to hear from all of you and get some idea of the priorities you feel should be addressed by the table of twelve first.Maybe someone out there knows how to create a poll where we can arrive at the top 5 priorites and have the members rank them in order of importance.
