Template news article

We were told at the Conference that there would be a template newspaper article available on the site that could be used to send to our local paper concerning the entry into the Trade Show. We have not seen it yet. Have we missed it or has it not been done yet?

Yipes... it's coming and then some

Hi Richard (I think that is who you are with an account home town of Wapello and an 'rt' in your username),

We have been swamped with herding cats and putting out fires since the Congress. We said we were going to put up a template for an 'I poured into the Giant Candle at the Chandler Guild Congress' template press release, but it hasn't happened yet. The pictures have been processed and put on-line which was a bunch of work, but the template press release is not there. It's the old Squeaky Wheel sort of thing.

We don't remember saying that we would put up a template Trade Show press release, but it is a great idea. Since Evelyn Bicknese was kind enough to judge the Trade Show for us, we do have the 'hard facts' to support such publicity. Timlynn brought Evelyn's award notes home with us so we have the info to do a template release. As soon as we can squeeze a slot to do this, we'll work something up and post it. And we also have some good Trade Show photos for folks to use along with such a press release.

Since this is an all-volunteer effort, we ask only patience please. If anyone has an immediate need, please squeak and we'll do what we can to respond in an immediate 'one-off' manner.

Press Release

Hi Jim,

Just wandering if anything has happened with this yet? After reading about Susan Anderson, I got all excited about having a post in my local paper. I know how very busy you are and I'm just asking about it in hopes that it will help me in my business.
