Delegate Registration Overview
The Congress is a work in active process. First, we nailed the dates
and location; August 22-24th, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Next we
worked through and published the Congress
agenda and delegate participant guide.
Soon we'll have the particulars about fees, and related regstration
policies and procedures. Key to many folks' planning decisions will be
cost. We're still working out the particulars as we pull together
operational event plans.
We don't know the exact figure yet, but we can tell you that every
effort is being made to keep the registration fee low, somewhere in the
vicinity of $100 or so per delegate (one per Village Chandler business).
There will be an 'accompanying person fee' to offset expenses in the case
of multiple attendees coming from a single chandler business.
As soon as we know the exact fee schedule and the registration policies
and procedures, we will notify you by way of the Village Chandler Guild
Announcements mailing list.
In the meantime, since travel and hotel will probably be your biggest
expense in participating in the Congress, we encourage you to begin your
travel and lodging planning now.
Secure On-line Registration
We are doing our best to provide a secure, on-lne system to handle your
credit card registration. As soon as we know if this system will be
available, we will notify you through the mailing list. In the event that
we cannot arrange for such a system, we will contact you with details
about how to register.
Hang in there and please be patient. We are pulling this important
event together as best and as fast as we can. In the meantime, if you have
comments or questions, please follow the link below.
